Had good experience with them in two occasion, the first one being the ground arrangement in Bursa and Cappadocia in August 2024 and the recent Mini Balkan full board package end Jan 2025.Overall, they did very well in managing the journey right after the whatsapp group was created. Participants were well informed about the trip and itineraries. Updated itineraries were also distributed a day ahead of each journey. The local tour guide was also very communicative and we were given ample time to enjoy each place visited.There were small flaws here and there which I don't think worth mentioning but being premium, I hope the choice of some of the hotel could be reconsidered.

Alhamdulillah. The trip was pleasant and enjoyable. No doubt that it was a little tiring for most of the elderly in the group due to long journey from one place to another, and a minimum stay at the hotels during most of our trip, but we had a great time. Scenery was stunning and amazing. Kudos to our tour guide Afiq who was always accommodating and would go to the extra miles to fulfill our needs, and is very informative. The only thing that could be better and improved, was the choice of some of the hotels which were not to our expectations.

Overall experience a first timer was good. All of us are well taken care of. Tour guide is accommodative and understanding with almost zero issues throughout the tour. Tq so much for the team; Khaidir & Hafiza! Great job.I am happy with the trip and look forward for more tours in the future, InshaAllah.

Greetings from Brunei!!This is our second time using ADI private trip tour services and we have had a wonderful time with them. Their tour guide very friendly and helpful. Transportation wise was very comfortable. Hotel selections for us was very good the room was spacious enough for us to perform our solat. Prior to start of tour, we were given few tips and it really helps us alot in preparation wise. Now comes to pricing, for us the pricing for our package was reasonable and there is no hidden charges etc. We will definitely be coming back with other tour package that ADI has to offer us.Thank you/Terima kasih/Danke ADI!!
